c-ECO Rapid Risk Scan
1.1 Duration & Deliverable
Approximately 2 weeks. Systemic risk diagnostic plus TFP band mapping (Green/Amber/Red) for one operation, contract, or supply chain segment.
1.2 Scope Limitations
Single point of analysis. Does not include multi-stakeholder negotiation protocols or board-level governance restructuring.
OPTION B
Contract Addendum Package
2.1 Duration & Deliverable

2.2 Legal Integration
Designed for incorporation by reference into existing contractual frameworks. Includes Safe Mode triggers, Functional Novation protocols, and IEX activation clauses.
OPTION C
Board Briefing + Governance Setup
3.1 Duration & Deliverable
Approximately 1 month. Board-level governance framework, early signal detection protocols, trajectory duties definition, and lightweight implementation roadmap.
3.2 Fiduciary Alignment
Addresses duty-of-care alignment with systemic risk governance. Includes board-ready risk narrative (non-technical) and escalation protocol design.
CLAUSE II โ€” Applicant Information
[PILOT-ART-001] Article 1 โ€” Identity & Contact
[PILOT-ART-002] Article 2 โ€” Sector Classification (SSVF)
Select all applicable sectors. This classification determines the relevant Planetary Boundaries and systemic risk indicators for the TFP mapping. Each additional sector adds 3% complexity factor (max +25%).
CLAUSE III โ€” Scope & Parameters
[PILOT-ART-003] Article 3 โ€” Scope & Complexity Multiplier
[PILOT-ART-004] Article 4 โ€” Urgency & Timeline
[PILOT-ART-005] Article 5 โ€” Budget Parameters
CLAUSE IV โ€” Problem Framing
Select all applicable problem domains. This diagnostic framing enables calibration of pilot deliverables and identification of systemic leverage points.
[PILOT-ART-006] Article 6 โ€” Governance & Board
[PILOT-ART-007] Article 7 โ€” Contracts
[PILOT-ART-008] Article 8 โ€” Risk & Thresholds
[PILOT-ART-009] Article 9 โ€” Data & Monitoring
CLAUSE V โ€” Constraints & Inputs
[PILOT-ART-010] Article 10 โ€” Data & Access Constraints
[PILOT-ART-011] Article 11 โ€” Execution Constraints
CLAUSE VI โ€” Output Preferences
[PILOT-ART-012] Article 12 โ€” Deliverables
[PILOT-ART-013] Article 13 โ€” Academic / Publication (Optional)
Select publishable nucleus if research collaboration is desired. This enables co-authorship opportunities and academic validation of the pilot framework.
[PILOT-ART-014] Article 14 โ€” Context & Notes
Schedule & Submission
Budget Estimate (Non-Binding)
$9,500
Base: $9,500 ร— Scope: 1.0 ร— Urgency: 1.0 ร— Sectors: 1.0 = $9,500
Final proposal depends on complexity, data access, and sector-specific calibration. Multi-sector selection increases complexity factor by 3% per additional sector (max +25%). Rounded to nearest $250.
