// Observatory · Playbooks
Playbooks translate c-ECO doctrine into operational practice: monitoring protocols, trigger design, decision checkpoints, auditability requirements, and clause templates aligned with systemic-risk governance.
Unlike publications (which analyse events) or case studies (which document exposure), playbooks are designed to be used. They are addressed to legal practitioners, compliance officers, data custodians, and institutional decision-makers who need to implement pre-threshold governance in contracts, licences, and operational procedures.
A governance checklist for long-horizon contracts — monitoring obligations, trigger design, and decision-point architecture before threshold breach. Covers: signal identification, TFP band assignment, escalation procedures, and documentation requirements for auditability.
Integrated risk taxonomy and clause logic — eighteen risk categories mapped to TFP band activation levels and contractual responses. Covers: proximity indicators (P), rate-of-change thresholds (ΔV), uncertainty margins (σ), and reversibility liquidity requirements (Lr) per risk class.
Transparency and accountability design for institutions operating under TFP-governed contracts — audit trails, public reporting standards, and civic access architecture. Covers: Technical Curatorship Chamber (TCC) procedures, third-party data verification, and institutional disclosure obligations.
// Context
Playbooks are developed in conjunction with the Operational Training Platform at c-eco.io/training. Practitioners enrolled in the certification programme receive draft versions as part of the curriculum. Publication of final versions is contingent on completion of the fellowship validation cycle.
